How do I cancel an order?

Send us a message using the Enemite-Inline Feedback form.

If you order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund your card immediately.

If your order has already been despatched but has not been delivered, please refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

If you order has already been delivered, please return it to the address below:
